Carol Ross

Carol Ross is an experienced program manager and clinical case manager with a strong background in mental health and social services. Currently serving as Program Manager and Clinical Case Manager at The People Concern since March 2020, Carol has previously held case management roles at Peachford Behavioral Health, Lakeview Behavioral Health Hospital, EAP Works, and the Center for Victims of Torture. Carol's career began with an internship at The Carter Center and has included roles such as Intercountry Case Manager at International Social Service and Student Visitor in the Guardianship Assistance Program at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Carol holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from Emory University.
