Jessica Gálvez

Jessica Gálvez is a Senior Case Manager at The People Concern, where responsibilities include leading a weekly team medical panel, advocating for clients' mental health needs, and developing training materials for new case managers. Previously, Jessica served as a Case Manager, providing intensive case management to high acuity clients. Jessica's experience includes contributing to the LA County Department of Health Services’ COVID Response Team, offering support for outreach and wellness checks for unsheltered individuals. With a background in education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UCLA and various roles in community outreach and legal analysis, Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Hispanic Linguistics from UCLA and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Literature from Occidental College.
