Synclair Young is currently the Assistant Director of Development at The People Concern, where they focus on driving fundraising and partnerships to end homelessness in Los Angeles. Previously, Synclair held various roles, including Special Education Teacher with the District of Columbia Public Schools and Education Specialist at Summit Public Schools. They obtained a Master of Arts in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College.
