Candyce Penteado

Candyce Penteado has a diverse work experience in leadership development and training. Candyce founded and managed The People Side, a company focused on developing leaders who thrive in complexity. Throughout the years, they have grown and evolved the company. Prior to that, they worked at GE Money as a Senior Exempt Development Manager, where they were responsible for planning and delivering leadership development programs. Candyce also worked at GE Capital as a Training Leader and Staffing Leader.

Candyce Penteado obtained their Bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied Communication, Education and Communications & Secondary Education. Candyce attended the college from 1991 to 1995.
