Kelli Connors (she/her)

Kelli Connors is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in human performance and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Client Partner at The People Side since September 2021, Kelli supports leading companies in enhancing their leadership and culture. As the Founder of Redberry Consulting LLC, Kelli has successfully facilitated workshops that align teams with strategic priorities and improve operational execution. Previous roles include Vice President and Global Lead for Leadership & Talent Development at CoreAxis Consulting, and Director of Organizational Dynamics at Cimpress (Vistaprint), where Kelli fostered decision-making culture and strategic agility. Kelli’s background also includes significant experience at Vistaprint, Envisa, and Accenture, specializing in business process design and consulting. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Investments, and Economics from Babson College, as well as an MBA from Bentley University.
