Leah Erickson

Leah Erickson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and human resources. Currently serving as a Program Manager at The People Side since January 2022 and an Executive Leadership and Life Coach at C3: Clarity Coaching and Consulting since 2008, Leah specializes in helping clients leverage their strengths for personal and professional growth. Prior to these roles, Leah spent over 14 years at Wells Fargo in various HR-related positions, including HR M&A Business Initiatives Consultant and Learning and Development Consultant. Leah also has a background in organizational development from the Fourth Judicial District Court in Minnesota. Educational qualifications include a Career/Life Coach Certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, and a Bachelor's in Business from Bethel University.
