Musical Improv Performer/teacher/jam Host at The Peoples Improv Theater

Daniel Tepper has extensive experience in customer experience training and consulting, currently serving as the Lead of Training, Customer Experience at Bonobos since 2014, where Daniel designs and facilitates a comprehensive training program that has evolved from in-person to remote formats. In addition to this role, Daniel works as a Contact Center CX Consultant for Athena Care, overseeing Team Leads in the US and the Philippines to enhance data-driven team meetings. Daniel also contributes as a Corporate Host and Applied Improvisation Coach for Laugh Dot Events and as a freelance trainer. Experience in the performing arts includes roles as a Resident Performer and Improvisation Teacher at The Peoples Improv Theater and various positions in theater and media. Daniel holds a BFA in Drama from New York University.
