Paul Trampert is the Senior Fellow Emeritus at The Performance Institute, where Paul provides expertise in integrating various elements of government management. Prior to this, Paul served as the Managing Partner at Federal Consulting Alliance LLC, and as a Director at Grant Thornton LLP - Global Public Sector. With a background in military and extensive experience in organizational development and management consulting, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table.
