Rebekah McGuire Dye

Rebekah McGuire Dye serves as the Vice President of Recovery Client Success and Customer Success at The Phia Group, LLC since March 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in healthcare reimbursement analysis and payment integrity. Prior to this role, Rebekah held the position of Vice President in Legal and Commercial Subrogation Operations at Equian from 2011 to 2020, where responsibilities included leading subrogation operations for over 150 health plan providers and managing a large team. Earlier, as a Litigation Specialist at Gibson & Sharps, PSC from 2000 to 2011, Rebekah oversaw litigation and subrogation services with a substantial legal team. Rebekah's career began at Healthcare Recoveries, Inc., advancing through various roles while pursuing legal studies. Rebekah earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the same university.
