Ajay Raju

Ajay Raju is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Raju serves as Co-Founder and Director at Avstera Therapeutics Inc. since January 2022, and has held the position of Founder & Chairman at THE ARK INSTITUTE since June 2021. Raju is also the Chairman of Raju LLP and Indigo Global, both active since January 2021 and June 2014 respectively. As Co-Founder & Chairman, Raju contributes to The Germination Project and The Philadelphia Citizen, both initiated in 2014. In addition, Raju is the Managing General Partner at 215 Capital since November 2016. Prior professional experience includes serving as Chairman & CEO at Dilworth Paxson LLP from February 2014 to January 2021 and Managing Partner at Reed Smith between May 2003 and January 2014. Raju completed a JD in Law at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and holds a degree from Temple University.
