Shannon Grieb has a rich work experience in the senior living industry. Shannon has held various roles, starting with being a Sales Counselor at Meadow Lakes/CCRC from 1998 to 2007. In this role, they generated sales and played a crucial role in promoting and customizing new cottage homes. Shannon also managed a large lead base and was involved in event planning and strategic marketing.

From 2007 to 2010, Shannon worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Monroe Village CCRC. Shannon'sresponsibilities included recruiting, training, and motivating sales counselors and marketing assistants. Shannon also designed a customer service training system and provided sales coaching and training.

Shannon then joined Robbinsville (CCRC under development) as The Pines Marketing and Sales team, where they developed and executed marketing and sales plans. Shannon networked with professional referral sources and planned special events to generate interest in the community.

In 2011, Shannon took on the role of Vice President of Marketing at Meadowood Senior Living, where they directed all marketing and sales efforts for a continuing care retirement community. Shannon developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan, collaborated with an outside agency for branding and advertising, and managed sales strategies, media plans, and public relations.

Most recently, Shannon became the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at The Philadelphia Protestant Home in 2019.

Shannon Grieb completed their education from 1989 to 1992 at Ewing High School, where they obtained a diploma. Later, from 1999 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing at Rider University.
