Sean Kaplan

Sean Kaplan possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the facilities services sector. Currently, Sean serves on the Building Committee as part of the Board Sub-Committee at The Philadelphia School. Previously, Sean held the position of Regional President at Helios Service Partners and Vice President for Strategic Projects & Transition at EMCOR Facilities Services. Additionally, Sean has served in multiple roles, including Vice President of Service Delivery/Operations, Vice President of Continuous Improvement, and Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at USM, an EMCOR Company. Early in Sean's career, the position of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis was held at ICG Commerce. Educationally, Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and completed a leadership development program at the Thayer Leader Development Group.
