Daniel Debattista is an experienced Executive Chef currently leading culinary operations at The Phoenicia Malta since April 2016, with a focus on high-end dining in a luxury hotel setting. Prior to this, Daniel held roles including Chef de Cuisine at Wejla 'by tartarun' Restaurant and Executive Chef at Kempinski Hotels. With experience across prestigious establishments, including Hilton Worldwide and Michelin-starred Restaurant Andrew Fairlie, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in managing diverse culinary teams and creating exceptional dining experiences. Daniel holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, enhancing a strong foundation in both culinary arts and business acumen.
