Brandon Laurent is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in multiple high-profile kitchens. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine for the Washington Commanders since July 2021, Brandon has progressed through various roles including Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef. Prior to this position, Brandon worked as a Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck and Komi, and held the title of Sous Chef at A Rake's Progress. Additional experience includes roles at Mirabelle and Rosewood Washington, D.C., where Brandon was a Jr. Sous Chef. Early career roles involved positions as a Line Cook at After Peacock Room and La Chaumiere. Brandon completed culinary education at L'Academie de Cuisine between 2012 and 2013.
