Previous roles include Chef De Cuisine at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, where Eric led culinary operations for the signature restaurant and developed personalized guest menus, and Chef de Cuisine at Ruby Jack's Steakhouse & Bar, where management of a 26-chef brigade ensured high-quality dining experiences.
