The board of directors at The Phoenix Center has a lot of experience in the customer service and hospitality industries. Many of them have worked for large companies such as AccorHotels, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Preferred Hotels & Resorts. They also have a lot of experience working in sales. Most of the members of the board have a business administration and management degree from St. John's University.
