Shannon Adragna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and operations management spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Analyst at The Phoenix since September 2021, Shannon has a proven track record as the Manager of Development Data Analytics and Operations at Roadrunner Food Bank from June 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included budget analysis, Salesforce database management, and leading data governance initiatives. Shannon's background also includes roles in executive leadership at the Central New Mexico Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and program management at the Notah Begay III Foundation. With advanced degrees in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and Pre-Law Studies from The University of New Mexico, Shannon has demonstrated expertise in data visualization through a Tableau Fellowship and in developing strategic initiatives to address health issues in underserved communities.
