Zobel Belisario

Zobel Belisario is an experienced volunteer manager currently working at The Phoenix since January 2021, overseeing volunteer-led sober fitness, social, art, and wellness events across eight East Coast states. Prior experience includes roles as a volunteer coordinator at Calculate from January to September 2020 and as a senior associate at GLSEN from July 2016 to December 2019, where Zobel supported over 40 volunteer-led chapters focused on ensuring safe schools for LGBTQIA+ K-12 students. Additional experience includes managing financial records as an accounting associate and supervising construction projects as a site supervisor at SBP following Hurricane Sandy. Zobel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University in 2008.
