Dawn Schmuker has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Development at The Picas Group since June 2008, where responsibilities have included roles as Support Manager and Software Engineer. Prior to this, Dawn worked as a Software Support Engineer at Infor Global Solutions from January 1998 to May 2008. Educationally, Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University, attained between 1994 and 1998.
