Bryan Shephard

Bryan Shephard has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Bryan started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Aquatic Development Group in 2007 and gained experience in preparing schedules and ensuring quality control. Bryan then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at U.W. Marx, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, where they excelled in managing submittals, RFIs, and procuring job materials. In 2010, Bryan joined Buck Construction LLC as an Assistant Project Manager, handling site decisions, conducting project meetings, and preparing schedules for the Eastwyck Village Apartments project. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Pike Construction Services, first as a Project Engineer and later as a Project Manager. In these roles, Bryan demonstrated strong project management skills, including overseeing schedules and site decisions. In 2018, they joined Otis Elevator Co. as an Account Manager, where they utilized their communication and relationship-building abilities. Bryan returned to Pike Construction Services in 2019 as a Project Manager, showcasing their expertise in leading construction projects.

Bryan Shephard completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained the OSHA 30 Hour certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in July 2009.
