Susan Darroch

Susan Darroch is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in investment management and governance. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair at High Trees Primary and Advisor to the Investment Committee at HESTA, Susan has held various significant roles, including Non Executive Director at AvSuper and Member of the Investment Committee for The Pinnacle Foundation. A former Senior Managing Director at State Street Global Advisors, Susan led the Indexed Equity Portfolio Management teams in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing approximately A$200 billion in assets. With extensive experience spanning several decades, including roles at Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, Commonwealth Funds Management, Rothschild Australia Limited, Chuo Trust and Banking, and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Australia Limited, Susan holds a BEC in Economics from Macquarie University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
