Jessica Gruber, M.A., BCBA has extensive experience in the field of autism and related disorders. Jessica began their career as a Special Education Aide at Molloy Education Center in 2009 before transitioning to a similar role at Christel House Academy later that year. In 2010, Jessica joined The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) as a Senior Therapist and eventually progressed to the roles of Care Coordinator and Case Manager.

In 2014, Jessica became a Clinical Lead Manager at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD), where they excelled in their responsibilities. Jessica later became a Case Supervisor, overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients.

Jessica's dedication and expertise led their to The Place for Children with Autism in 2017, where they initially served as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Jessica then took on the role of Clinical Director in 2018 and was promoted to Chief Clinical Officer in January 2019. In these positions, Jessica played a vital role in leading the clinical operations of the organization.

In addition to their work in clinical settings, Jessica has also contributed to the field through their role as an Adjunct Faculty Member at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where they taught courses related to autism and behavior analysis from August to December 2020.

Jessica furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Education degree in Special Education and Teaching from Governors State University in 2012. In 2014, they received their certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Florida Institute of Technology. Currently, Jessica is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
