Courtney Crandall has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience working in various roles for different companies. Courtney currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Executive at The Plexus Groupe, where they started in April 2023. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive Lead at Alliant Insurance Services from April 2022 to April 2023. Courtney also worked at AHT Insurance as an Associate Director of Risk Management from February 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Client Manager at Marsh from July 2012 to February 2018. Courtney began their career as an Account Executive at Byrne, Byrne, & Co. in April 2007 and worked there until June 2012. Before that, they served as an Account Manager at USI Midwest, Inc. from June 2002 to April 2007. Courtney started their professional journey as a Processing Team Lead at Cananwill Premium Finance in January 2000 and worked there until June 2002.
Courtney Crandall attended Knox College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated International Studies.
