Dan Wilke

Dan Wilke has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and employee benefits consulting. Dan began their career as an Auditor at Hutton, Nelson and McDonald in 1988 and then transitioned to the role of Benefits Manager at Plibrico Company in 1991. In 2000, they joined Mid American Group as a Senior Account Representative, where they excelled for five years before moving on to become the Director of Underwriting at Benefitdecisions, Inc. in 2005. During their tenure at Benefitdecisions, Inc., they worked closely with employers to provide comprehensive consulting and outsourcing services for employee benefits programs. In 2016, Dan joined The Plexus Groupe as a Vice President - Client Executive, where they continue to utilize their extensive expertise to assist clients in managing their employee benefits effectively.

Dan Wilke attended Plano High School from 1981 to 1984. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Illinois State University from 1985 to 1988. In September 2020, they obtained a certification titled "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty" from LinkedIn.
