Gallagher & Co. where Lakia held the position of Client Service Supervisor from 2015 to December 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Manager at Associated Agencies, Inc. (2014-2015), Assurance (2011-2014), and Lamb, Little & Co. (2008-2010), as well as Account Manager at Euclid Insurance Services, Inc. (2004-2008). Lakia also contributed as a Certificate Specialist at Marsh USA (2002-2004) and began a career in insurance as a Technical Assistant at Sedgwick of Illinois (1997-1998).
