Brooke Richards

Brooke Richards is a seasoned construction and development professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Construction and Development at Lupine Properties LLC since November 2023, Brooke also contributes as a Home Critic at Plum Guide since July 2020. Previous roles include Construction Project Manager II at Lupine Properties, LLC starting in June 2018 and Freelance Consultant from November 2015 to October 2020. Additional experience includes Project Coordinator at Anything but Bland Productions (March 2016 - June 2018), Facilities Coordinator at American Homes 4 Rent (June 2013 - March 2016), and Project Manager at Magistrale Construction (September 2008 - June 2013). Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and a Minor in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Long Beach, as well as a Master of Science in Sustainability Studies-Environmental Engineering from National University. Further educational experience includes study at Uppsala University.
