Deirdre Cloherty has extensive work experience in various roles within the fields of human resources and operations management. Deirdre started their career at MacKenzie Communications in 1994 as an Operations Manager, where they worked until 1998. Following that, they joined Brandfusion as a Human Resources Director from 1998 to 2000. Since 2000, Deirdre has been working at SF Police Credit Union, initially as a VP of Human Resources and currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Deirdre Cloherty's education history includes obtaining a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, which they completed between 2012 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism from San Francisco State University, graduating between 1988 and 1993.
