Nicole Poole

Nicole Poole has a diverse work experience in the financial and staffing industries. Nicole is currently a Vice President of Residential Lending at The Police Credit Union, where they oversee loan origination, sales, member experience, and compliance. Prior to this, they served as the President of NCP Consulting, focusing on consulting services. Before that, Nicole worked at Patelco Credit Union as an External Home Loan Sales Manager, driving mortgage business and providing leadership to home loan consultants. Nicole also has experience at Redwood Credit Union, where they held various roles, including Mortgage Sales & Operations Manager, Assistant Manager - Mortgage Lending, and Senior Loan Officer. Additionally, Nicole worked at Liberty Staffing as a Staffing/Branch Manager, focusing on business development, recruiting, and building client relationships. Their experience spans from 1996 to the present.

Nicole Poole has a diverse education history. In 2006, they obtained a Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, and Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate. From 2011, they have been a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, with a license obtained from NMLS. Nicole attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 1992 to 2007, though they did not earn a degree. In 2019, they enrolled in Western Governors University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, which is still ongoing. Nicole also attended the Western CUNA Management School from 2017 to 2019 and obtained a Diploma in the Credit Union Service Industry. Recently, in 2022, Nicole participated in the Executive Presence & Influence program offered by Wharton Executive Education. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In 2006, they obtained a Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, and Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate, and in 2011, they became a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator through NMLS. In 2020, Nicole completed the training to become a Trained LPI Facilitator from The Leadership Challenge®, A Wiley Brand. More recently, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Credit Unions - The Member Advantage from Integrity Solutions and in EXECUTIVE PRESENCE AND INFLUENCE: PERSUASIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT from Emeritus.
