Syed H. has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Syed started their career as a Systems Engineer at Interlink, where they successfully implemented Microsoft technologies. Syed then moved on to Denver Health, where they served as the Lead Storage Administrator/Systems Analyst, responsible for researching, designing, and implementing tiered data storage solutions. After that, they worked at SunGard as a Sr Storage Engineer, managing SAN environments and backup solutions for large enterprise customers. Syed then joined FirstBank, initially as a Sr Storage/Virtualization Engineer and later as the Infrastructure Manager. At FirstBank, they achieved significant accomplishments, such as coordinating with multiple teams to address storage and data protection needs and delivering cost-effective solutions. Syed then worked at ePlus inc. as an Architect before joining The Police Credit Union as the VP IT.

Syed H. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Coe College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in the field of information technology. In May 2019, they became a Netapp Accredited Solidfire Engineer through NetApp. In February 2019, they acquired the Pure Storage Associate certification from Pure Storage. Furthermore, in August 2019, they achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
