Martyna Kowacka serves as the CEO of Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego (ZHP) since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in communication and project management from previous roles, including Brand Manager at Zwolnieni z Teorii and Coordinator for Gdańsk 2022 European Capital of Volunteering at the Gdańsk City Hall. With a background in leading teams and managing budgets, Martyna has successfully overseen various projects, including the candidacy for the 26th World Scout Jamboree in Poland and worked on crisis communication and media relations as ZHP's Press Officer. Martyna holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in Design from the Academy of Education in Kraków, complemented by an Erasmus+ experience in Graphic Design in Mérida.
