Jamila Banks

Jamila Banks is the CEO and Executive Director of Foster & Banks Walk in Faith Foundation, a social service agency dedicated to supporting children and families in Los Angeles County, particularly those facing crises or with developmental disabilities. In addition to this role, Jamila serves as the Assistant Director of Fundraising for Plan-It Life, Inc. and as an Applicant Advocate for The Pollination Project. Previously, Jamila worked as a Counselor at Harbor Regional Center, managing a caseload of over 70 high-risk children and developing individualized service plans. Jamila holds a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne and a degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
