Christie Dire'

Christie DiRe' has extensive experience in the field of healthcare recruiting and human resources. Christie started their career at Microsoft as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Business Development Manager, where they worked from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they joined SumTotal Systems as a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter and HR Specialist, working from 2005 to 2008. Christie then moved to Rose International, where they served as an HR Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter for the Microsoft account from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they managed a large team, 50 hiring managers, and successfully exceeded recruitment goals. Christie then worked at CRD Onsite, LLC as a Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter from 2013 to 2019, where they consistently surpassed hiring targets and received positive feedback from candidates and hiring managers. Most recently, they have been working at The Polyclinic as a Lead Healthcare Recruiter/Senior HR Specialist since 2019. In this role, they have successfully hired numerous healthcare professionals and has been entrusted with leading various employee activities and projects. Additionally, they have played a crucial role in the corporate internship program and has worked closely with multiple hiring managers across different clinic departments.

Christie DiRe' holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Central Washington University. Christie also obtained a PHR degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SHRM. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Edmonds College.
