Ashley Desilva

Ashley DeSilva has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked at the Chick-fil-A-Franchise as a Team Leader, responsible for managing a team.

During the same period, Ashley also worked as a Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) Leader at Old Dominion University, where they conducted study sessions and created lesson plans for accounting students.

In 2019, they served as a Safety Intern at STIHL, assisting the Safety Department with projects and attending training sessions.

From 2020 to 2022, Ashley worked at Target as a Guest Advocate, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy, where they conducted research.

Currently, they hold the position of Analyst I at The Port of Virginia, starting in 2022.

Ashley DeSilva obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Economics and Business Analytics from Old Dominion University. This degree was earned between 2015 and 2020. Following this, Ashley pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from Old Dominion University and completed it between 2020 and 2022.
