Jeff Fisher started their work experience as a Structural Engineer at McPherson and Associates in March 1996. Jeff held this position until May 1998. After that, they joined Clark Nexsen in May 1998 as an Associate, a role they held until December 2015. In December 2015, they became the Chief Engineer at The Port of Virginia, where they are currently employed.

Jeff Fisher earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) with a focus on Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1991 and 1995.
