Jeff Underwood

Jeff Underwood has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1991 as an Audit Senior at Price Waterhouse. Jeff then worked as a Business Unit Controller for Policy Management Systems Corporation from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they served as a Senior Accounting Manager at Fleet Mortgage Group, followed by a role as Controller at Resource Satellite from 2000 to 2002. Jeff then joined Maersk Line, Ltd. as a Director of Business Planning & Analysis from 2002 to 2010. Jeff was then appointed as a VP of Finance at CDC Software in 2010 before transitioning to the role of Director of Special Projects at Maersk Line Limited in 2011. Jeff's next position was as Principal at Jeff Underwood, Jr. CPA, where they provided consulting and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Finance at The Port of Virginia.

Jeff Underwood attended the College of Charleston from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from both the South Carolina Board of Accountancy and the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy.
