Ilaria Vilkelis

Ilaria Vilkelis, Executive Coach, MBA has a wide range of work experience. In 2022, they became a Leadership Consultant at Genesis Advisers, a global leadership development consultancy. Ilaria also became a Zinc Coach at ZINC, where they support the cohort of 70 talented Founders to build commercial, scalable businesses that tackle one of the toughest problems society faces today. Additionally, they were appointed as an Education Advisor at Diversity-X, an Executive Coach at GrowthSpace, and an Executive Coach at iLovetobe. In 2017, they co-founded Masters of Impact Limited, a London based advanced communication and leadership development consultancy. In 2022, they also became a Talent Consultant for The Portfolio Collective's Talent Partnership service. Ilaria has also worked as a Coach, Facilitator, Trainer at LUDIC since 2015, and as a Team Coach at Scale Coach since 2021. Finally, in 2019, they joined ZINC as an Entrepreneur In Residence.
