Ross Drennan

Ross Drennan is currently working as the Chief Administrative Officer at The Portland Clinic since November 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Staff Engineering Program Manager at DISH Network from October 2018 to November 2023, where they led senior leadership through the development and alignment of strategic initiatives. Before that, they held the position of Chief Operations Officer at IDdigital from May 2016 to September 2018, where they focused on improving business and technology alignment and spearheaded process improvements. Ross also has experience as a Faculty member at the University of Phoenix from February 2007 to January 2018. Ross has worked as a Sr. Process Manager at Western Union from August 2011 to March 2016, handling enterprise/global project, program, and process management. Ross has also worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from December 2010 to August 2011, specializing in ITIL v3 and ISO 20000 implementation. Ross served as a Sr. Manager at The TriZetto Group from June 2008 to October 2010, leading client system implementations and building and managing an enterprise Project Management Office. Ross also has experience as a Project Manager at Catholic Health Initiatives from November 2003 to May 2008, where they led IT projects and developed the national IT strategic roadmap. Prior to their corporate career, they served as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the US Army from April 1988 to March 2004. Ross's career began as an IT Project Manager at Centura Health, where they led enterprise-wide implementations and advised senior IT leadership on new technologies and process improvements.

Ross Drennan attended the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an MBA in Business/Technology Management. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Communications from the University of Central Arkansas, graduating in 1993. Their secondary education was completed at Hamburg High School from 1984 to 1988. Ross also holds various certifications, including ISO 20000 Consultant (obtained in 2007) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2002). Ross has additional certifications in ITIL v3, including Managing Across the Lifecycle, Operational Support and Analysis, Service Design, and Release, Control and Validation, all obtained in 2011 and 2012.
