Lauren Gibbs

Lauren Gibbs is a Senior Advisor, Leadership + Curriculum Development at The Posse Foundation. Before that, they were the Director of External Sales at Evolution of Sports from June 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Lauren was a Brakeman on the Women's Olympic Team at USA Bobsled from November 2014 to June 2022. Lauren is also the Owner of Lauren A Gibbs, LLC: Public Speaking and was an Area Sales Manager at ADT Security Services from September 2013 to August 2014.

Lauren Gibbs has a B.A. in Public & Private Sector Organizations from Brown University, a certificate in Growth Marketing from Growclass, and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Lauren also has a high school diploma from Westridge School for Girls.

Lauren Gibbs reports to Deborah Bial, President & Founder. They work with Gyulnara Barnett - National Director of Strategic Projects, Monica Bastos - Career Program Manager, and Anna Jeffers - Program Coordinator.
