Matt Murcko

Matt is a self-described "professional nerd." In his STEAM & Innovation Technician role, he helps staff and students at the Possible Zone tame the wild machines that dwell in the basement. When he's not doing that, he is volunteering with World Computer Exchange repairing old laptops to ship to students in need while helping to reduce tech waste. With a Masters in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, he worked for five years as an architectural model maker in New York City where he gained valuable experience in technical drafting, 3D modeling, digital fabrication, and woodworking that he is eager to share with students. His interests include weird films, tabletop gaming, hiking, urban planning, and heavy metal.
