Yasenia Dudley

Yasenia is an Afro-Latina, born and raised in Boston, MA. She brings many years of experience working in education and youth development across the region to the position. As Senior Director of Education, Yasenia is leading the day-to-day operations of their programs, ensuring that students have a high-quality experience across their sites. She is focusing on staff leadership, collaborating with the team on their curriculum and instructional practices, and building on their partnerships with local and statewide leaders in education. Yasenia has earned her Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Urban Leadership from Johns Hopkins School of Education, a Masters of Arts in Counseling and Health Psychology from the Williams James College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
