Max Lowery

Maxwell Lowery is an experienced music educator and performer with a comprehensive background in music instruction and event production. Currently serving as the Music Specialist at The Post Oak School since July 2020, Maxwell designs and teaches music curriculum for middle and high school students in a Montessori setting. Concurrently, Maxwell performs as a Gig Violist with DIVISI STRINGS, LLC, and offers private lessons in viola, violin, and piano through Overture School of Music. Prior experience includes roles as Production Coordinator and Assistant at the Bowdoin International Music Festival, alongside various positions at the Cleveland Institute of Music, where Maxwell managed orchestral setup, served as a stage manager, and facilitated music theory instruction. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, with double majors in Viola Performance and Music Theory.
