David Pierpoint

David Pierpoint, CNC, currently serves as the Library Finance & Administrative Supervisor for the City of Eugene since September 2023 and is also engaged in Mental Fitness Coaching & Training with Positive Intelligence since April 2023. With a strong background in finance and administration, David has held the position of Principal & Founder at Premera Group since March 2010, while also being a Certified Partner with The Predictive Index since December 2020. Previously, David was a Financial Management Analyst III for Eugene School District 4J from August 2007 to March 2022 and worked as a Certified Career Coach with Columbia Coaching Inc. from 2003 to 2010. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and has obtained multiple certifications related to coaching and assessment, including Certified Neuroscience Coach and Talent Optimization Certified Consultant.
