Lea MacChiaroli

Lea Macchiaroli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and leadership consulting across various sectors including consumer packaged goods, retail, technology, non-profit, and manufacturing. As President and Founder of trans-forme, llc since 2005, Lea specializes in business and operational strategy, team optimization, and change management. Additionally, as a mentor for Techstars' Female Founders First program and a Certified Partner with The Predictive Index, Lea supports the growth and development of emerging leaders and organizations. Previous roles include Vistage Chair, where Lea coached high-performing CEOs, and other leadership positions at Alvarez & Marsal, Apparel Holdings Group, and GAP. Lea's educational background includes a BA in Political Science and Economics from Wellesley College and certification as a Professional Coach from New Ventures West.
