Michael O’Hearn

Michael O'Hearn is the Vice President of Engineering at The Predictive Index. Michael has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and has held various positions at different companies during their career.

Michael started off as a software engineer at Professional Staffing Group in 1997 and then moved on to netNumina in 2002. After a year at netNumina, they joined CityVoter as a senior software engineer in 2007. Michael worked at CityVoter for a year before moving on to Jenzabar in January 2003.

At Jenzabar, Michael worked as a principal software engineer for 12 years before joining The Predictive Index in July 2015. Michael has been with The Predictive Index for over 4 years now and has helped the company grow significantly.

Michael O'Hearn has a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in Extension Studies and is certified as a Predictive Index Trained Analyst from The Predictive Index.

They are on a team with Jim Speredelozzi - VP, Direct Revenue & Partner Recruitment, Matt Poepsel - Senior Vice President, Product Development, and Frank Yu - VP, General Counsel. Their manager is Mike Zani, CEO.
