Stephanie Slate

Stephanie Slate, PHR, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee at The Predictive Index since May 2023. With over 15 years of experience at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., Stephanie Slate holds the position of Vice President for Total Rewards, HR Technology, and HR Services, where strategic leadership is provided to the Compensation and Benefits team and the implementation of a new HR system is led. Previous roles include AVP of HR Services and Technology, Director of Human Resources for Southeast Toyota Finance, and Director of Talent Acquisition at JM Family. Stephanie Slate holds a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Business Management from Northwood University and is pursuing an MBA in Management Information Systems at Florida Atlantic University, expected to complete in December 2027.
