Susan Peahl

Susan Peahl, M.Ed, serves as an EQ Coach and Training Facilitator at EQ Behavior Change and The Talent Authority since September 2016. As a Predictive Index Master Trainer with The Predictive Index since August 2018, Susan is responsible for certifying other practitioners in the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. With extensive experience as a Senior Learning Development Consultant and Executive Coach at Employers Group since May 2007, and as a Human Performance Consultant since July 1999, Susan specializes in instructional design, gamification, facilitation, and training. Additionally, Susan was an Instructor of Emotional Intelligence for Professionals at Central Washington University from January 2020 to January 2021. Susan holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
