Tom Mitro

Tom Mitro is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at The Predictive Index since September 2020, Tom has held similar positions at Jack Henry & Associates and Electronic Arts. Prior to these roles, Tom contributed to Assured Information Technology as a Staff Software Engineer and worked as a Programmer Analyst at Universal Orlando Resort. Tom's career began at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Software Engineer, following a position as Quality Assurance Co-op at Chemical Abstracts Service. Tom holds a Master of Science in Modeling & Simulation from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information & Sciences from The Ohio State University.
