Trent Lee

Trent Lee is an accomplished executive coach and consultant, serving as the Founder & CEO of Compass Leadership Advisors since March 2013, where the practice focuses on resolving people-related business challenges. Concurrently, Trent acts as a Vistage Group Chair and CEO Advisor, facilitating peer groups for CEOs to enhance leadership and decision-making. Additionally, Trent is a Predictive Index Certified Consultant, aiding companies in aligning their talent strategies with business objectives. As an Independent Exit Planning Consultant with NAVIX, Trent guides business owners through successful exit strategies. Previously, Trent held various leadership roles at Ferguson Enterprises Inc. over an 18-year span, culminating in P&L responsibilities and management of large teams across multiple states. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
