Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet and guide clients in the service drive through the service process.
Assist customers in identifying and explaining their concerns
Explain maintenance based on mileage and time passed since last visit
Coordinate Valet for pickup and delivery of customer’s vehicles
Ensure proper documentation of Complaint, Cause and Correction
Following up after service to assist customers with additional questions
Represent The Premier Collection’s brand with excellence
Highly organized and eagerness to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
Provide an exemplary level of customer service.
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications
Caring and empathetic
Ability to maintain hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday
Positive can-do mentality, eager to improve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
