Troy Marables, SHRM-CP, has over 30 years of work experience. Troy is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation. In this role, they oversee the management of all HR functional areas and leads the delivery of HR services to the Foundation. Prior to this, they served as the VP Director of Human Resources, where they developed and delivered performance improvement solutions and worked to create an inclusive work environment. Before joining the Foundation, Troy held various roles at the Presbyterian Foundation and New Covenant Funds, including Assistant Director of Human Resources and Client Services Manager. Troy also has experience as a Trust Officer at New Covenant Trust Company and as a Customer Service Manager at PNC Mortgage.

Troy Marables, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Louisville, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. During the same period, they also pursued a certification in Certified Trust and Financial Advisor from Cannon Financial. Prior to enrolling at the University of Louisville, Troy Marables attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their academic qualifications, Troy Marables obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in June 2020.
